The Ventures

Three ventures, one operating system

Different industries, same playbook: find the underserved market, out-execute the incumbents, and build systems that don't need me in the room. Proof, not pitch.

Navara Marketing

Performance marketing for propane, heating oil, HVAC, and home-service companies. Navara was formed in 2025 when I merged L4 Group, my agency since 2007, with Andrew Maderia's Maderia Group. We had worked together since 2017, and by the time we merged, over 90% of our client portfolios overlapped. Combining brought clarity and scale.

The edge is specialization: we serve one set of industries and know them deeply, from the seasonality of fuel delivery to what makes a service customer call.

“Marketing that moves gallons and drives revenue.”

bluSONIL

A longevity, wellness, and regenerative aesthetics company I co-founded with my wife and business partner, Colleen. The first studio is open at Scottsdale Quarter: science-backed wellness protocols and regenerative aesthetic services, from hyperbaric oxygen and cryotherapy to advanced skin treatments, delivered with a luxury standard of care.

The thesis is healthspan over lifespan. Medically guided, evidence based, and built around hospitality, because how care is delivered matters as much as the care itself.

“The art of beauty + the science of wellness.”

Real Estate

Where it all started. I left corporate in 2001 to flip distressed properties, ran my own construction crews, and learned to operate through a housing crash. Today the strategy is the opposite of flipping: a long-term hold portfolio of rental properties across Pennsylvania and Texas, professionally managed.

The model is patience. Tenants pay down the debt, the buildings appreciate, and the portfolio compounds quietly in the background while the operating companies grow.

“Tenants pay down the debt. The buildings do the compounding.”

The Through-Line

Same playbook, every time

Three different industries. One set of principles making the decisions.
